What Can I Expect From the Male Penile Augmentation Procedure?
At Smooth Solutions Medical Aesthetics, the male penile augmentation procedure is done with safety and sterility in mind using hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, which are safely applied and can be easily reversed, if needed. Prior to the procedure, a consultation appointment at our office is required to determine the amount of filler product to be administered, as well as the cost, timeframe, and aftercare requirements.
During the procedure, the area will be numbed with a safe and effective penile nerve block. Next, natural platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is mixed with the filler to add longevity and help facilitate blood flow. Finally, a penile pump is administered to assist with the organ’s length and to help maintain the filler. The results of this procedure should last about 1-2 years.
After the procedure, there may be some mild discomfort, bruising, swelling, or inflammation in the area. However, these generally won’t last long, and can easily be treated with over-the-counter pain medication. We recommend refraining from any vigorous or sexual activity for at least seven days to allow for the best results from the procedure.
What Filler Is Used for Male Penile Augmentation?
The filler we will be using is Revanesse Versa+. It is an FDA-approved hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler that is used to treat moderate to severe wrinkles, folds, and skin conditions, as well as facilitate penile enhancement. As a premium quality HA filler, Revanesse Versa+ has an impressively high molecular weight when compared to other fillers, making it a more long-lasting option that generates more effective results.
Dysport for Penile Augmentation
Dysport, a botulinum toxin type A similar to Botox, has gained attention for its off-label use in penile augmentation. While its traditional applications involve treating muscle spasms, wrinkles, and hyperhidrosis, recent interest has grown in aesthetic and functional enhancement of the male genitalia.
